Hey, so quick question. Some of you may remember an old thing called The Pixel Pagoda. It was the official forums for HI and a few other comics for a while back toward the peak of popularity for sprite comics. It started out on a free board, then eventually moved to it’s own domain. Anyway, I recently I went to check and see if anyone still used it, and as it turns out the server updated its php software, but the site hadn’t followed suit so it was unusable for who knows how long. Long story short, I tried to upgrade the site just for shits and giggles, and in the process completely broke it. Seriously, it’s totally gone now. Anyway what I wanted to ask was whether or not anyone would use an old fashioned style message board if I were to rebuild it, or do you think it would be better to just let it die in peace? Let me know in the comments.
I just want to know how did you break it while trying to upgrade it…..
I certainly wouldn’t mind a forum but it depends on how many are willing.
