That or a new character that have yet to appear. o: But yeah, theres a high chance this could be Chrono from the past. Seeing how he uses a sword as well.

It can’t be Chrono from the past, because thats the real Chrono. The Chrono that actually went to the future should be dissapearing any strip now…
