So, long story short, I’m putting this comic on haitus for a while while I try to get a better job. I’ll still be on the Pixel Pagoda now and then, and I’ll still be reading comments here, but the comic itself is going on the back burner.
Don’t worry, I’m not dropping the comic for good, but other things demand my attention more right now. If you want to be the first to know when a new comic is up, subscribe to the RSS feed, or register as a commenter here with a valid email address and I’ll send out a message when a new one is up, hopefully within a few months.
Thanks for sticking with me; you guys are awesome.

two Fans? You have at least three!

Well, I see and approve of what is happening. I am proud that you are making a change. However, you shouldn’t make those three your only options. I amm not sure of the status here, but you can try Atlanta.
I wish you luck for your future prosperity.
Count DVB,
Head Dark Warlock
and Ambassador for the Sorcarto Clan.

Good luck man. Glad to see webcomic artists aspire to do more than mop floors and flip burgers.

Well, You are not alone. I am currently searching for a job as well. I unfortunately don’t have anything to fall back on except unemployment. I will be looking forward to future postings when they come. I have enjoyed what I have read so far.
GOOD LUCK Buddy!

That’s fair enough, you don’t want to fail at life.
I’m gonna miss Heroes Inc, but i’ll live with it.
good luck with the job search man

I can definitely say I’m a fan and I rarely use that word, been following and posting since the beginning. This is the only webcomic, much less Sprite Comic I follow online. You manage to avoid being a stereotypical sprite comic by not relying on stupid humor and cliches, but blend both an appealing, storyline that has some drama but has comedic elements to it as well.
Well support you and wish you the best in your search of a job, because a true fan is a fan of the creator more than the creation. And a true fan knows patience.

this site is worth about $5000, according to this site

@Hoshi: I think that’s a bit off… It also says I make $6/day in ad revenue. So far this month my Google ads have only gotten me $1.05. It’s more like $0.06/ day… If I’m lucky.

NEWS ON THE JOB FRONT:
I have an interview tomorrow, woot. More info to come if it plays out well.

I know what you’re going through. I have been working at Wal-Mart for 6 years, even though I graduated with a BS in Comm/Media Graphic Design. I haven’t gotten up the courage to put myself out there. You are an inspiration to get on with my life. Good luck!
I love the comic and will wait patiently for an update…

@Robert: It’s probably a little late, but good luck at the interview!
