This is only comic #1 of 12. Click here to see the rest.

I originally created this comic in the fall of 2009 for a comic strip contest sponsored by Amazon.com and Universal Features Syndicate.

I was good enough for the top 250, but not good enough for the finals…

Anyway, I figured I’d post it here (since I’m lazy, and haven’t updated HI much recently). If anyone likes it, I might make more.

Hey, great style and interesting setup.
I would like to see more of that.
    Especially the “Will calculate Hypregeometrics for $” – I lol´ed, honestly. ^^

Do you acknowledge that this is the best time to receive the home loans, which will help you.

Robert! I really do like them and would love to read more of these.

    This is pretty cool.

  • Sam Says:

Not bad. I would not mind the occasional filler like this….

  • Trik Says:

That was really cool. Those 12 strips definitely managed to pique my interest. I’d really enjoy seeing more of the adventures of Dan, if you decide to continue the series at all.

This is really interesting indeed! But let’s hope this comic won’t take over Heroes Inc. ;)
It’s great art style though, I still think Heroes Inc all in your art style would be interesting. What I love most about comics is the characters impressions.

    Best. Roomate. Ever.

You’ve created a very memorable character and the art style is a nice change of pace. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of this. It definitely has my interest.
